As per Art. 13 and 14 GDPR this document informs you concerning the processing of your personal data that is gathered within the scope of the business relationship and concerning your rights as a data subject.

We process your personal data 

• As per Art. 6 Para. 1 (b) GDPR to fulfill contractual obligations within the scope of our business relationship,  
• As per Art. 6 Para. 1 (c) GDPR to fulfill our legal obligations, 
• As per Art. 6 Para. 1 (f) GDPR to protect legitimate interests such as to exercise or defend legal claims and to protect our business processes,
• As per Art. 6 Para. 1 (a) GDPR on the basis of your consent insofar as you have voluntarily provided us with data going beyond the contractually or legally required extent. You may withdraw this compliance at any time if you no longer agree with further processing of this data.  

We will process the personal data that we receive or gather within the scope of the business relationship. This includes  

• General company data (name, address, VAT-ID Number, ...)  
• Details of contact persons (name, function, telephone no., email, fax, ...)   
• Commercial register data
• Credit datas and terms
• Information to facilitate processing of a payment transaction (account details, ...)  
• Access details within the scope of the business process

Within our organization and the company your data will be processed solely by employees who require it to perform contractual or legal obligations and to protect our legitimate interests.  Third parties who are commissioned by us – such as IT service providers and contractual partners – will only receive the data that they require to perform the agreed tasks. They are contractually obliged to only process your data within the scope of our assignments and instructions.  

In the event of legal disputes and payment problems the data will also be forwarded to lawyers, debt collection companies, and the like.  

Authorities, public bodies, and institutions such as financial and administrative authorities will receive the data that we are legally obliged to provide.  We will, in all cases, pay attention to preserving the confidentiality of your personal data and will only process it if there is a valid legal basis.  

Your personal data will – where required – be stored for the duration of the contractual relationship and in accordance with statutory archiving and documentation obligations.  

You may withdraw the compliance you have given at any time using the stated address or email address. According to the data of protection law you can, in addition to this, at any time   

• Request information on data that has been stored,  
• Request correction, deletion, or restriction of processing of the data that has been stored, 
• Object on grounds relating to your particular situation to processing of data that we are using based on overriding legitimate interests,  
• Exercise your right to data portability.
